Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery and before the courier leaves. Any defect, damage, or incorrect item must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- Wrong item was delivered
- Unopened product where the customer no longer wants the item (change of mind), provided it is returned in original condition and packaging
Refunds:
- For defective or damaged items where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- For eligible change-of-mind returns (unopened and unused items), a refund will be issued after product inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit depending on the case.
If the customer accepts the order without inspection at the time of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any issues reported afterward.
